Communication service of “ARMATS” CJSC provides operation, maintenance and repair for communication facilities required for air traffic service. In line with the international requirements, regularly updating the means of communication, using digital flows and channels mainly through fiber optic cable networks and backing them up through radio communication digital microwave systems, the communication service provides:
- communication between control working positions and other services of “Zvartnots”, “Erebuni” and “Shirak” airports,
- exchange of information between Company’s structural units and centers,
- technological radio communication,
- operation of the in-built radio receiver center,
- internal, cellular, interurban and international telecommunication services, etc.

Կապի ծառայությունն ապահովում է օդային երթևեկության սպասարկման համար անհրաժեշտ կապի միջոցների շահագործումը, տեխնիկական սպասարկումը և վերանորոգումը: Միջազգային պահանջներին համահունչ, պարբերաբար արդիականացնելով շահագործվող կապի միջոցները, կապի կազմակերպման համար կիրառելով հիմնականում օպտիկամանրաթելային մալուխային ցանցերով տրամադրվող թվային հոսքեր և կապուղիներ ու դրանք հնարավորինս պահուստավորելով ռադիոկապի՝ թվային միկրոալիքային համակարգերի միջոցով, Կապի ծառայությունն ապահովում է.
- կապը <<Զվարթնոց>>, <<Էրեբունի և <<Շիրակ>> օդանավակայանների կարգավարական կետերի և այլ ծառայությունների միջև,տեղեկատվության փոխանակումն Ընկերության կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների կենտրոնների և օբյեկտների միջև,
- տեխնոլոգիական ռադիոկապը,
- ընդունիչ ռադիոկենտրոնի աշխատանքը,
- ներքին, բջջային, միջքաղաքային և միջազգային հեռախոսակապի ծառայությունների մատուցումը և այլն:
