Performance Based ANS
Aviation Security Management System
Aviation Security Management System has been implemented in "ARMATS" CJSC in accordance with:
- ICAO Annex 17 “Security: Safeguarding International Civil Aviation Against Acts of Unlawful Interference”,
- RA Government Decision N1307-N of 2003 on “National Aviation Security Program of the Civil Aviation of the Republic of Armenia”,
- ECAC Doc. 30 “Aviation Security Regulations”.
Implementation of the Aviation Security Management System is aimed at the security and Cyber security provision for ATM within the airspace of the Republic of Armenia and security protection of the administrative buildings, radio-technical stations of communication, navigation, surveillance (hereinafter CNS), as well as remote CNS and other sites of “ARMATS”CJSC located in “Zvartnots” and “Shirak” airports pursuant to the laws, by-laws, normative documents and procedures of the Republic of Armenia, and also through the operational coordination and cooperation with the RA National Security Service, which bears responsibilities for aviation security based on the RA Government Decision N1307-N of 2003 on “National Aviation Security Program of the Civil Aviation of the Republic of Armenia”, relevant units of the RA Police, the RA Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs, the aviation security department of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia and the aviation security service of "Armenia International Airports" CJSC.
