Performance based activity
According to ICAO standards and 744-N Decesion of the Government of RA since 2012 ARMATS implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001, which complies to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
Implemented QMS provides:
- The identification of processes in compliance with the company policy and goals based on the requirements of service users,
- The implementation of that processes and assuring their lifecycle,
- The control over that processes and the service provision, measurements and the evaluation of process effectiveness,
- The actions towards continuous improvement of process indicators.
The Company is certified by Accredited International Certification Body and is granted QMS certificate of Compliance, which is renewed every three years.

Որակի Կառավարման Համակարգ
Համաձայն ԻԿԱՕ պահանջի և ի կատարումն ՀՀ կառավարության 744-Ն որոշման՝ 2012թ. ից Ընկերությունում ներդրված է ISO 9001Որակի Կառավարման Համակարգ (ՈԿՀ), որն այժմ համապատասխանում է ISO 9001:2015 ՄՍ պահանջներին:
Ներդրված ՈԿՀ ապահովում է.
- Ընկերության քաղաքականությանը և ծառայությունից օգտվողների պահանջներին համապատասխան նպատակների և գործընթացների սահմանումը;
- Այդ գործընթացների ներդրմումը և կենսունակությունը;
- Սահմանված գործընթացների և մատուցվող ծառայության մշտական վերահսկումը , չափումների իրականացումը և գործընթացների արդյունավետության գնահատումը
- Գործընթացների չափորոշիչների շարունակական բարելավման գործողությունների կիրառումը:
Ընկերությունը սերտիֆիկացված է համապատասխան ակրեդիտացիա ունեցող միջազգային սերտիֆիկացնող մարմնի կողմից և ունի նրա կողմից իր ծառայությունների համապատասխանությունը փաստող Որակի սերտիֆիկատ:
