ATS control center

1. ACC (Area Control Centre)

Responsible for air traffic management in the upper and lower airspace (en-route), ensuring safe separation between aircraft, providing flight information, and organizing efficient traffic flow.

2. APS (Approach Control Surveillance)

Executes radar control and vectoring of aircraft in the designated approach airspace, ensuring safe positioning and spacing during arrival, approach, and departure phases after takeoff.

3. FIS (Flight Information Service)

Provides crucial flight information essential for the safe and efficient conduct of flights. This includes meteorological updates, hazard warnings, and

essential flight details for airspace users operating uncontrolled flights within designated airspace.

4. Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) & AMC / FUA

• ATFM & FMP Terminal: Works in direct coordination with the EUROCONTROL Network Manager to continuously monitor, evaluate capacity, and prevent air traffic congestion.
• AMC / FUA Unit: The Airspace Management Cell (AMC) manages the Flexible Use of Airspace (FUA) between civil and military users.
• Safety & Efficiency: Enhances safety and capacity across the entire airspace through optimized civil-military coordination.
