According to ICAO standards and 744-N Decision of the Government of RA since 2012 ARMATS implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001, which complies to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
Implemented QMS provides:
- The identification of processes in compliance with the company policy and goals based on the requirements of service users,
- The implementation of that processes and assuring their lifecycle,
- The control over that processes and the service provision, measurements and the evaluation of process effectiveness,
- The actions towards continuous improvement of process indicators.
The Company is certified by Accredited International Certification Body and is granted QMS certificate of Compliance, which is renewed every three years.
