Chapter 1.Definitions and General Rules Concerning Licences
1.2.4.1The term 'medical certificate' is used in lieu of 'medical assessment'.

Chapter 2.Licences and Ratings for Pilots
2.1.10The applicable requirements state as follows: Pilots aged 60-64 may act as pilots in command in the single-pilots international CAT operations of aircraft other than airplanes and helicopters.
2.3Additional category of pilot – Light Aircraft Pilot License (LAPL) issued in accordance with Armenian Air Crew Regulation No 3-N dated 11.02.2022, with subsequent amendments.
2.7Additional category of instrument rating – Basic Instrument Rating (BIR) – issued in accordance with Armenian Air Crew Regulation No 3-N dated 11.02.2022, with subsequent amendments.
Chapter 4.Licences and Ratings for Personnel other than Flight Crew Members
4.4.1.3The unit endorsement course duration is not established by Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Order N 10-N dated 24.03.2025
4.5.1The list of ratings is slightly different: a) aerodrome control visual; b) aerodrome control instrument; c) approach control procedural; d) approach control surveillance; e) area control procedural; f) area control surveillance.
4.5.2.2.1The unit endorsement course duration is not established by the endorsement course(s).
4.5.2.2.2The validity period of unit endorsements for initial issue and renewal shall commence not later than 30 days from the date on which the assessment has been successfully completed.
4.5.3.1Some ratings are slightly different; however, they are all covered by Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Order N 10-N dated 24.03.2025.
4.5.3.3Holders of an instructor endorsement shall be authorized to provide on- the-job training and supervision at a working position for areas covered by a valid unit endorsement.
4.5.3.4Although the concept of “invalidation of a rating” as implemented or not implemented requirements, the holder of an air traffic controller licence is not allowed to exercise the privileges of a rating after a period of absence of more than 90 days or if the revalidation of the unit endorsement fails due to the non-availability of the minimum number of working hours.

Chapter 6.Medical Provisions for Licensing
